Auto-responder Emails
What is an e-mail auto-responder? In which cases can this program come in real useful?
An auto-responder is usually a predefined email message, that is sent automatically as a reply to each and every message received inside a mailbox with this feature enabled. Two of the most common instances for using this option are automated emails that one is briefly away from the workplace or that an order is received successfully. An auto-responder may also be used as a basic verification that the e-mail is delivered successfully, which is often something rather important in business email correspondence. The message that is sent can be more or less anything and could be changed depending on the circumstances and exactly what the auto-responder will be used for. As the feature is enabled server-side, there isn’t anything you are required to do by hand and you don't need an e-mail application to be enabled all the time for the automatic reply to be sent to the person sending you an e-mail.
Auto-responder Emails in Shared Website Hosting
Setting up an auto-responder message will take you just a few mouse clicks if you are using a Linux shared website hosting package with our company. You can do this in the Emails part of our in-house developed Hepsia Control Panel where one can see your email addresses available in alphabetical order. You can either select an email and click the auto-responder icon or simply right-click and pick the feature in the context menu that will appear. All you have to do will be to type in the content that you'd like to be sent as an automated reply and save the modification. You are able to enter any text you would like and editing or disabling the auto-responder function is just as simple. In the same section of the Control Panel you can keep track of which mail accounts have the option active and which don't.
